Show your support of USF by purchasing a specialty license plate. These plates generate more than $12,000 annually for student scholarships and can be obtained easily in person or online through the State of Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles license branches.
Honoring our Distinguished Alumni
Each year, the USF community comes together to celebrate its distinguished alumni and friends. Recipients of our Alumni Award categories share one common trait: they exemplify the university’s mission, values, and spirit in the ways their lives touch and serve others.
Have attained prominence through their professional accomplishments in religion, commerce, industry, technology, the arts, education, government, or other worthy endeavors;
Be persons of such integrity, stature, and demonstrated ability that the faculty, staff, students, and alumni will take pride in and be inspired by their recognition;
Have a record of accomplishments impressive to the citizens of the nominee’s communities;
Reflect, by their deeds, the importance of their education, pride in their alma mater, and demonstrated loyalty to the University of Saint Francis;
Have demonstrated an interest in, and support, of the university, the Alumni Association, and its activities;
In all other than the Honorary Alumnus award: Have graduated from any of the five schools under the USF umbrella including:
Saint Francis College
Lutheran College of Health Professions
Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing
Saint Joseph Hospital School of Nursing
University of Saint Francis
Distinguished Young Alumnus(a) award will have graduated from USF during the past five years.
Cougar Spirit award will be an alumnus who champions the university through their time, talent and/or treasure.
Athletics Hall of Fame
Each year, University of Saint Francis Athletics recognizes outstanding Cougar athletes who have demonstrated leadership, sportsmanship, commitment, and determination as recognized by their teammates, coaches, and the Cougar community.
